Our vacation homes are some of the nicest in the Lake Harmony area, and depending on which rental you choose, can sleep more than 20 people. All of our homes are fully furnished and have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to host your retreat. Take a Cruise on the Lake
Lake Harmony Cruises offers tours of the gorgeous lake. The pontoon-style boat tour is led by Captain Wolfe. The cruise lasts about an hour and takes you around the lake teaching you about the history and nature of the area. The tour departs daily from Nick’s Lake House between 11 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
If you would like to explore the lake without a tour guide you could also rent a boat for your employees. There are several boat rental shops on the lake. You can rent kayaks and paddleboards for your whole group or a powerboat. If you rent a powerboat, consider getting tubes or a wakeboard to pull behind for a day full of fun.
Play a Friendly Game of Golf
Go outside your Poconos rental and enjoy some friendly competition. The Split Rock Golf Club is near Lake Harmony. This golf course is open to the public Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday – Sunday from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. This course is great for all levels of experience and uses the stunning Poconos landscape to create a unique golfing experience. For those who have never golfed before, they also offer lessons allowing everyone on your corporate team to be a part of the fun; it closes in the winter, though, so leave this activity for your summer getaways!
Watch the Races
There is nothing we love more than watching cool cars go fast and the Pocono Raceway, located in nearby Long Pond, is the perfect place to do so. Get your group of corporate all stars together and enjoy the feat of Nascar racers navigating, and making it look easy, the tricky triangle. This is the nickname this particular track has and the difficulty levels are increased and this summer, June 25 through June 28th, they are hosting a Nascar doubleheader for the first time ever!
Fly Through the Trees
Teambuilding doesn’t have to be boring exercises that come out of the “how to create a successful team” handbook (if there is such a thing!). Sometimes a teambuilding exercise can be as fun as flying through the trees and Camelback Mountain Adventures, located in nearby Tannersville, is the perfect place to start! Offering tight ropes and zip lines, swinging bridges and rope swings, the fun and excitement goes on and on forever! An Appalachian Mountain Coaster offers the daredevils in your group the opportunity to go fast, and coming together for a beer at the Barley Creek Brewing Company at the end of the day, also in Tannersville, will bring about camaraderie.

After a day of adventure, your group will probably be ready for dinner. Louie’s Prime Steakhouse is one of the nicest restaurants on Lake Harmony. The restaurant is upscale but still has a cozy atmosphere. Some of their popular dishes include their Lobster Mac and Cheese and Cold Water Lobster Tails. As the name of the restaurant suggests, they are also famous for their steak. The Broadway is a 6 oz filet mignon served with Maryland-style crab cakes, roasted potatoes, and asparagus. They also have an impressive wine menu.
