Poconos Mountain Rentals FAQ’s

Check In is 4pm and Check Out is by 11am. Any Early Check-In or Late Check-Out requests can be submitted 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. If we are able to do an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out, there is a fee for each service. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, our Poconos vacation cabins are not available for Prom or Graduation Groups, even with adult signature.

Some of our properties are DOG FRIENDLY. You can find out if a property is DOG FRIENDLY by looking at the property description.

Yes. There is a non-refundable DOG Fee for the DOG FRIENDLY properties. Please refer to the property description for the DOG Fee and Pet Policy.

The kitchen is stocked with normal kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.

All the homes have high speed internet and the WIFI networks are managed through AC routers. The network names and passwords are located on the app and on the fridge.

All of our Poconos vacation cabins and rentals have air conditioning.

Aerobeds (queen) are available for a $30 fee and must be ordered no later than 72 hours before your check in date.

Non-motorized boats do not have to be registered. Electric or Gas powered boats must be registered and have a boat sticker. Apply and pay for the sticker here: Lake Harmony Boat Registration

Lake Harmony Estates homes come with a guest ID badge which is good for 10 people. Additional badges may be purchased at the beach for $5 each. Credit cards are accepted.

Towamensing Trails homes come with 8 guest wrist bands which are required for the use of the beach and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, Towamensing Trails does not currently allow the purchase of additional guest wrist bands.

Briercrest Woods homes come with beach badges which are located at the home. The number of badges will be determined by the number of people the home sleeps.

Laurelwoods at Big Boulder homes have access to Boulder Lake Club, which has a pool, beach and boat rentals. You will have access to Boulder Lake Club for up to 12 guests. Additional guest passes can be purchased at Boulder Lake Club. You will be required to provide a printed or digital version of your Occupancy Agreement as proof of occupancy to the Lake Club Office for access to the Lake Club.

The Beach Area will be open on weekends only, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (weather permitting) after Memorial Day weekend until the children get out of school. Then, it will be open daily until Labor Day.

The pool and beach areas will open from Memorial Day weekend for weekends only until school lets out, then it will be open full time through Labor Day weekend.

Towamensing Trails does not require Children UNDER 5 years old to wear wristbands.

Quiet hours are typically 10PM-7AM. We ask that our guests are respectful of the communities and the neighbors.

Guest(s) may terminate this occupancy agreement and receive all monies paid to PMR, less a $200.00 payment for administrative expenses, if a cancellation notice is received via email by Pocono Mountain Rentals at least 30 days before the check-in date. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest(s) with less than a 30 day notice, all monies paid or due shall be considered earned and shall not be returned.

If you need to change homes after a reservation is made and the down payment is processed, a $200 change of home fee will be assessed.

Split Rock Resort is located within 1 mile of our Lake Harmony homes. They offer many pay for service activities which are located on their website. Please contact them directly for details and fees.

All of the home beds have pillows, mattress pads, quilts or comforters. Linens and Towels are included in all homes.

A full roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom. Please consider bringing enough toilet paper based on the length of your stay and how many people are in your group.

Lake Harmony area homes do not have a recycling pick up at the homes.

Towamensing Trails homes have recycling at their trash drop off center.

All of our Poconos vacation rentals are cleaned after all guest stays.
