The Lake View Chalet is a 3000 square foot, 3-story, mountain chalet, located in the private community of Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, a beautiful and serene focal point of the Pocono Mountains. Our home provides a beautiful year long view of Lake Towamensing from an enormous, furnished, 2nd floor wood deck and scenic views of the lush Pocono surroundings. The house features a 6-8 person hot tub, central air conditioning, 2 stone gas fireplaces, a 50" Flat Screen TV, a 27" TV, both with DVD players. We offer spacious vacation living. There are 5 large bedrooms, (There is an enormous master bedroom with it's own private bathroom), a large relaxing 3rd floor loft area that overlooks the second floor living room. There are 2 full baths & 1 1/2 bath, a fully equipped kitchen with an island/bar and a large game room which includes a 14 foot Shuffleboard and brand new Pool Table. The house accommodates a family of up to 16 people, comfortably. Located just 200' from the Towamensing Trails Clubhouse, Lake, Pool and Beach. Your rental also includes access to a 200-acre lake with a beach area, basketball courts, tennis courts and a playground. The home comes with 8 renter wristbands (no option to purchase additional bands) for the use of these amenities. The home is a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Mountain and a 6 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort, which both offer many year round activities including snow tubing, skiing, and paintball. Numerous restaurants, family fun activities, a golf course, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, water park, gambling and shopping are just minutes away. (map of Towamensing Trails) Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in. If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay, professional hot tub cleaning is available for $85.00 Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival. If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge. Please schedule your arrival times accordingly. By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
***Summer 2012 Community Pool and Lake/Beach Schedule*** The pool will open June 24, 2012 thru Labor Day. Beach will open Memorial Day for weekends only and will open full time June 24, 2012 thru Labor Day. ***Trash Disposal Area Schedule*** Trash Disposal Area near the main office (TeePee) of Towamensing Trails is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm. You must have your vehicle passes in order to dispose of your trash at the dumpster. If your checkout is on a Tuesday or Thursday, please dispose of your trash the day before your checkout. You may leave up to two bags of trash at the home ONLY if your check out is on a Tuesday or Thursday. If you attempt to dump your trash at the dumpster without a vehicle pass or when they are closed, a $310.00 fine may be issued. Extra fees will be charged if any trash is left at the home upon your checkout.
