Do you need to escape from the routine of daily life or the stresses of work? Perhaps you enjoy vacationing with your family and friends? If so, come stay with us at the Eagles Nest. The Eagles Nest is a 2800 square foot house with three levels that is able to accommodate up to nineteen guests in its six bedrooms. The ground level is filled with entertainment options; it has a large game room with a pool table, color TV with a DVD player, a gas fireplace and an outdoor hot tub that will surely relax you (it is professionally cleaned between tenets). It also has two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The second level consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island for those who enjoy cooking. There is a stunning two story great room with a cathedral ceiling that provides a large dining table, a gas fireplace, and a living area with a 27" TV with cable and a DVD player. From the great room there is access to a spacious deck where you can enjoy peaceful views of nature, BBQ on the grill, dine in the outdoors and observe winter views of Big Boulder Ski Mountain. The third level provides two bedrooms, one with its own deck for easy access to the outdoors, a full bathroom, and a generous size loft which has a twin size day bed with a twin size roll out trundle bed. There is a queen size aerobed available upon request. The loft overlooks the great room. The deck provides winter views of Big Boulder Ski Mountain. The house is layed out for optimal use by larger families. Please see the amenity list above for all the amenites included. Do not forget to visit the Area Attractions section for a complete list of all the great things to see and do in the Poconos. The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 5/8 mile from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in. If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay, professional hot tub cleaning is available for $45.00. If the hot tub needs to be completely drained, it will be $65.00 Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival. If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge. Please schedule your arrival times accordingly. By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
