Deer Run is the perfect name for this newer three story, six bedroom, three full bath Chalet home located in Lake Harmony Estates. Deer Run offers luxury accommodations and views of deer feeding on this tree lined property. This Chalet is located close enough to Lake Harmony that you could walk to the beach. It is an easy 3 minute ride to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 5 minutes from Jack Frost Ski Resort.

Inside the gorgeous Chalet home, you will find three TV's with cable, HBO, DVD and three gas fireplaces located in the recreation room, living room, and master bedroom. The lower level boasts a full bathrom, two bedrooms (one childrens' room with bunk beds) and a recreation (Game) room with a fireplace, pool table, bar, CD player/radio and a Pool table. The middle level is equipped with two bedrooms, a full bath, fireplace, stocked kitchen, great room and access to the picturesque outdoor deck with jacuzzi hot tub and a Weber gas grill. The top level offers amenities including two bedrooms (master suite (20" TV) with jacuzzi tub and fireplace) and second room with a cathedral bedroom.

The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area.  There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.

Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 1/2 mile from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.

Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in.  If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay,  professional hot tub cleaning is available for $85.00  Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival.  If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge.  Please schedule your arrival times accordingly.  By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
