The Coyote Lodge is situated in the lovely private community of Lake Harmony Estates, Pennsylvania. The Coyote Lodge was built in 2008. It is a 3 story, 2800 square foot house that has 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This house is situated in the lovely wooded area of Lake Harmony Estates. Located on the second floor is our large great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 42" Big Screen LCD TV with cable, DVD and a stone gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families wiith its spacious granite countertop. It has a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, a space saver microwave, and a large breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware. Off of the kitchen is our dining room that has a solid wood table with seating for 10. On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room. The loft has a twin size daybed with a roll out twin size trundle bed located underneath. From the loft, you have awesome views of the outdoors through the chalet windows. On the first floor is the 26’ x 18’ game room. This game room has a stone gas fireplace, a 50 ” TV with cable, DVD, a seating area with a large sofa and love seat, a CD player and an 8’ pool table. The outside of the home boasts a 475 square foot raised deck. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck for grilling and we provide 2 8’ picnic tables which has seating for 16 people. Two Adirondack chairs are also situated on the deck. Below the deck is a 6-8 person hot tub. The house is layed out for optimal use by larger families. Please see the amenity list above for all the amenites included. Do not forget to visit the Area Attractions section for a complete list of all the great things to see and do in the Poconos. The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 5/8 miles from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.
Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in. If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay, professional hot tub cleaning is available for $45.00. If the hot tub needs to be completely drained, it will be $65.00 Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival. If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge. Please schedule your arrival times accordingly. By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
